Tyce Routson


BYU Head Diving Coach Tyce Routson is a 4-time NCAA diving champion and an ELEVEN time All-American for the University of Miami, FL and received his tutelage under 5-time Olympic Coach Randy Ableman (2012 London, 2008 Beijing, 2004 Athens, 2000 Sydney and 1996 Atlanta).

As one of the most acclaimed divers in Miami history, he won his first NCAA title as a Freshman, 2 titles his Junior year earning him the NCAA Diver of the Year Award and coming off his LDS Mission to Buenos Aires, Argentina reclaimed his NCAA Title on the 10 meter platform his senior year.  Tyce is a 2011 University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame Inductee.

Recently starting as BYU Head Diving Coach, Tyce comes from the nationally acclaimed age group program Mission Viejo Nadadores Diving in Southern California, where he specialized in developing talent in all age groups and progressing competitive lists of Junior Olympic caliber divers.  

Also on the Coaching Staff are guest coaches and experienced/current BYU diving athletes.



BYU Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by age, gender, and space in the camp.
