Registration for Diving Camp begins on January 30th, 2013 at 9 AM MST.
Enjoy exceptional training with BYU head coach Keith Russell and guest coaches from across the country. Receive top instruction and feedback during five days of great diving. If you are a high school or junior high diver interested in improving your skills and increasing your competitive standing, this camp will give you invaluable training!
Pool analysis includes instruction, repetitive drills, technical demonstrations and coach feedback. Whether you are learning the mechanics of correct form or perfecting your individual style, you will receive instruction and individual critiques with each dive.
Class time includes the theories behind correct diving form, instruction in competitive strategies, training film analysis and on-site videotape evaluation. Gain the winning edge as you review proven competitive strategies and nationally recognized training techniques. Personal assessment of an in-camp training video will give firsthand feedback concerning your diving strengths and weaknesses.
At the conclusion of camp, a diving exhibition will give you the chance to practice your newly developed skills and display proficient techniques with other skilled contenders.
