Join BYU’s Head Coach Matt Schneck for two full mornings of lacrosse training at the BYU Lacrosse Winter Skills Camp! Improve your lacrosse skills with specific instruction and individual attention as you get out of the cold and train in BYU's temperature controlled Indoor Practice Facility (IPF).
Campers will be split up into different groups and different areas of BYU’s Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) based on age and skill level.
Throughout the camp, players will be coached on the latest techniques and fundamentals in the game of lacrosse. Specific areas that will be covered are:
· Individual Defense
· Team Defense
· Catching and Throwing
· Running & Speed Development
· And much more….
Each player will be put on a team and play in these games. The goal of the games is to see the players put what they have learned throughout the camp on the field. Each game will have roaming instructors to help the players while the game is in progress
At the end of each session, players have the chance to win top-of-line lacrosse gear from Maverik Lacrosse.
