Your success in virtually all sports hinges on top line speed and explosive power. This camp focuses on how to develop speed and increase quickness.

This camp will also focus heavily on power. Camp participants will receive professional instruction on weightlifting and will be given the opportunity to use BYU's excellent athletic weight room throughout the week.

Join BYU track coach Mark Robison for four days of extensive training. This camp covers most sports where speed and power are essential components for success, including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis and track and field.  You will learn how to have proper stride rate and length, fast starts, quick reaction time, ideal running position, flexibility, relaxation and efficient use of equipment.

Open to any individual that meets the age requirement.
