Boys and Girls
The main focus of these two-day clinics will be on improving starts, turns and finishes for the sprinting races and the back to breast IM turns. We will also be teaching methods of resistance training sets and reaction drills to improve on your sprinting.
The clinic also provides video analysis to allow for visual feedback.
Because the BYU pool is being renovated, these clinics will be held at the Provo Rec Center pool and the Riverside Country Club pool which is also located in Provo.
MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED
Each of these clinics runs for 5 hours over 2 days (2 hours on Friday, 3 hours on Saturday). For those who have attended BYU Swimming Camps/Clinics in the past, the 2017 clinic is a hybrid of the 4-day swimming camp and the 2-day sprint clinics.
The BYU Swimming Clinics have a limited enrollment so register as soon as possible.
This is not an overnight camp.
